This creates a full LoadSheets JSON backup from the selected tablet’s acknowledged cloud records. It includes settings, truck and product libraries, hauls, loads, and a separate correction and deletion journal.

Only changes already received by the cloud are included. Any unsent changes on the tablet are not in this file. Save a copy to Drive or a computer; do not restore over your working tablet. Automatic cloud-to-tablet recovery is still being developed.

Devices
Lost, stolen or no longer used? Remove that device's access below.
Removed devices leave this list and cannot sync. Records stay in company history. To bring one back, send its assigned person a new Loader operator invitation and open it on that device.
Saved pits
Manage the shared pit catalog. Hiding, renaming or merging a pit does not delete historic haul/load records.
Product pricing
Set a price per tonne for each pit and product. Prices are effective-dated so a new rate does not rewrite earlier periods. Pricing is available only to Owner and Administrator accounts and is not sent to Loader devices.
Add a new effective date when a pit changes price. Remove an incorrect rate and re-add it if needed.
Material value uses product price × recorded tonnes. It does not include trucking, taxes, discounts, surcharges or other invoice items.
Reporting preferences
Merge names only in reporting. The original job, material and customer text stays on the haul.
Running-total exclusions
Excluded customers stay in the original records and ordinary reports.
Company report templates
The LoadSheets format uses the LoadSheets logo and signature layout. Custom templates belong only to this company. Save layout changes here. Linked Loaders refresh the authorized format when Sheet opens online; Refresh formats remains available for a manual pull. Layout values are print pixels; the on-screen sheet stays fitted.
Staff and access
Separate accounts keep a record of who made changes. Use Remove access when someone should no longer use this company.
Pending invitations
Invitation email sent. The secure company invitation expires in seven days.
Records & retention
Download a company-owned copy of the cloud records at any time. The full archive includes current source records, the sync event journal, office corrections, settings and saved cloud snapshots.
Server deletion
Owners and administrators can request deletion of records through a completed date after keeping the records they need. A request does not erase production data immediately; it is held for a controlled, sync-safe deletion review.
Saved backup archive
Separate development archive. These saved copies are not live company production records.
Development backup workspace
Save a separate, versioned copy of a LoadSheets backup and review its hauls. This is a pilot, not automatic sync or an approved company archive.
Upload a backup
Your tablet’s local records are not changed. Existing backups are never overwritten or deleted by this uploader.
